Ergonomics for Home Offices
Even before COVID-19, many employers already offered some degree of flexibility from working in an office and allowed employees, even if only occasionally, to work from home. However, more of us than ever are working from home because of COVID-19, and that means we need to make our home offices safe and healthy places. Many employees may be working from home for the first time and wondering how to properly set up their remote workstation.
Whether or not working from home becomes the new normal, the current Illinois stay-at-home order runs through May 30th. Additionally, reopening businesses likely won't be as simple as unlocking the doors and switching on the lights and will likely involve a phased-in return to work.
